High Speed Internet Performance
 
SEI Communications High Speed Internet service is provided over various broadband transport technology's which are subject to performance variation due to the differences in transport mediums. In light of these performance variations, SEI Communications High Speed Internet service is sold as a range of expected speeds.
The actual performance of an individual customer's broadband service may vary based on transport technology, network traffic, and a number of other factors. The information below was derived from various tests conducted at multiple central offices and remote locations and is provided for informational purposes only. It is intended to provide you with an indication of the speeds obtained during such network testing. These results will not be fully representative of each individual customer's experience, and did not include variables such as customer inside wiring and Wi-Fi networks, distance from customer location to main server, customer computer configurations, additional customer-generated traffic on the customer's broadband connection, the performance to specific Internet destinations, the performance of other Internet-based content, applications and services, and other such factors.
