| J. | SPECIAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES | |||||
| Special services and facilities, not ordinarily used in the furnishing of telephone service and not otherwise mentioned in, provided for, or contemplated by the tariff schedules of the Telephone Company, may be furnished or leased pursuant to special contract for such special services or facilities for such periods as may be agreed upon, provided each special services of facilities or the use made thereof is not unlawful and does not interfere with the telephone service furnished by the Telephone Company. | ||||||
| In the event such special services or facilities or the use made thereof interferes with the furnishing of telephone service by the Telephone Company, the Telephone Company may terminate such contract and cease to furnish such special services and facilities after thirty (30) days written notice to the customer. | ||||||
