J.            TELEPHONE DIRECTORY LISTINGS (CONTINUED)
4. Duplicate and Cross Reference Listings (Continued)
             Cross reference listings are permitted when their use will facilitate in handling telephone calls.

            The additional listing rate applies for each duplicate or cross reference listing.
     
5. Alternate Call Number Listings
            Listing of an alternate telephone number, to be called in case no answer is received, is permitted for customers to all classes of service.

            The alternate number may be that of a service not under contract with the customer in connection with whose name it appears.  In such a case, the consent of the customer to the alternately listed service must be obtained before the alternate listing is furnished.

            The additional listing rate applies for each alternate call number listing.
    
6. Foreign Listings
            Foreign listings, i.e., listings of customers located in an exchange other than that in which the listed service is furnished are permitted.  Charges for foreign listings are payable in advance for the period for which the directory is issued.

            The charge for a foreign listing contemplates insertion in the list of a specific exchange.
    
K.            TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF SERVICE - - VACATION RATES
            Upon request, a customer, having any class of service may temporarily suspend his service for a period of one month or more.  No outward or inward service is provided during the period of suspension.  Only one period of suspension of not to exceed six (6) months is allowed in any calendar year.

            Notice of suspended service may begin on any day of the month provided reasonable notice is given in advance.  Notice to restore service must also be given in advance.  A service charge will be made in connection with the disconnection and restoration of any regular service.

            The reduction in rate for the period of suspension is equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total local exchange service charges.
