| This Telephone Company concurs in the monthly rates and regulations for interexchange channels as filed with the Public Service Commission of Indiana by the Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Incorporated, in Part III, Section 38 of their Tariff P.S.C.I No. T-6. | ||||||
| 3. | Facilities between the principal central office and the customer’s premises in the normal exchanges are furnished at ____________________________________; however, service charges, as required for the class of service being provided, are applicable. Interoffice cable pair rates, if appropriate, are applicable where the customer’s location is outside the principal central office serving area. | |||||
