| A. STATEMENT | |||||||||
| Requests for Private Line Services will be furnished insofar as the ability and facilities of this Telephone Company permit, in accordance with the following concurrence. | |||||||||
| B. CONCURRENCE | |||||||||
| 1. | This Telephone Company hereby assents to, adopts, and concurs in the rates, rules and regulations, governing interexchange private line services as they are set forth in the Private Line Services section of the Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Incorporated, Tariff P.S.C.I No. T-6 on file with the Public Service Commission of Indiana, and makes itself a party thereto and obligates itself to observe the provisions therein with the following exception: | ||||||||
| (a) | Where references are made in the Private Line Services Section of Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Incorporated Tariff P.S.C.I No T-6 to service and equipment rates in other sections of the issuing carrier’s tariff, the rates, charges and regulations filed by the concurring carrier in its tariff shall be applicable. | ||||||||
| 2. | This Telephone Company reserves the right to cancel this concurrence at any time after compliance with requirements as to tariff filings as may be necessary upon such cancellation. | ||||||||
