County offers walking program

The Ripley County Health Department is sponsoring this event that will help get you moving. We are starting a walking club on March 14. Through this program, you have the opportunity to meet new people, get some fresh air and have an enjoyable way to get some exercise. Everyone is invited to join us.

To participate, you must fill out a liability/registration form. Forms will be available March 14 at the Annex building by the courthouse.

Registration/ Sign Up starting at 8:30 a.m. and the Walkabout starting at 9:00 a.m.

On kickoff day, Health Centered Chiropractic will be giving free chair massages. Also, we are giving away value packs & water bottles to the first 25 people. You must participate in the walk and fill out a registration form to get the massage and value pack.
