Chamber of Commerce holds 5th annual golf tournament The 5th Annual Chamber Golf Tournament was held on Wednedsay, June 8 at Hoosier Links Golf Club in Milan. Pictured above, the first place team was Meisberger Insurance Agency. Team members (not in order) include Bobby Bill, Mike Meisberger, Bob Meyer, and Rick Pollard. The National City Bank team, pictured to the left, finished second at the tournament. Team members (not in order) include Jarrod Dobson, Cheryl Tekulve, Ryan Tekulve, and Ted Tekulve. Ryan Tekulve also won the Closest to the Pin award, but was not available for pictures. SUBMITTED PHOTO The Tri Kappa Golf Tournament was held on Saturday, June 11 at the Hoosier Links Golf Course in Milan. The tounament raised $2,700 for Tri Kappa, which they will use for camperships and scholarships. Pictured above is one of the two teams tied for first place. Left to right are Kendall Hankins, Dick Miller, Ken Wendelman, and Mike Raney. SUBMITTED PHOTO Pictured left to right are Jess Westmeyer, Bob Meyer, Gene Cofield, and Gil Landwehr. Their team was also tied for first place with a score of 59 for the round. The first place teams split the amount of the first and second prizes, so each team was awarded $375.
