Milan Indian Swim Teams have a new head swim coach
for the '07-'08 season and a newly renovated pool to work in

Gary Franklin, Sports Writer

Milan swimmers began their season with a brighter outlook as the pool had been renovated by Poole Group Inc. A rather large undertaking has resulted in making the swimmers more anxious to come to the pool as it is brighter inside. Also, the team only recently met their new coach, Doug Mosier, as the former coach, Rhonda Goodpasture had taken another team on.

A familiar face in the broadcast booth

Nice to see a familiar face with the headset on relaying the play by play of the local teams. Rob Lafary, pictured right, corresponds with fellow coworker Pete Arnold as they prepare to take the Milan Lady Indian and Jac-Cen-Del Lady Eagle basketballgame to the Eagle Radio airwaves, on Saturday night , November 17. One would have to look long and hard to find a more caring and respectible young man. Keep up the good work, Rob.
