The Milan Indians Swim Team (MIST) had 16 swimmers qualify for the 2012 Indiana Southern Divisional Championship Meet held at Indian Creek High School.

One "MIST" swimmer qualified for the Indiana State Championship Meet held at the IUPUI Natatorium.

To compete for the Divisional and State Meets, a swimmer must obtain the time standard set by Indiana swimming to qualify.

The "MIST" divisional team consisted of Danielle Baugh, Jacob Baugh, Mckenna Bradley, Michael Bradley, Michaela Diem, Jenna Ertel, Noah Haessig, Jordan Healy, Kyla Issacs, Bailey Menkedick, Cameron Nichols, Hunter Nichols, Jarrod Nichols, Jessica Nichols, Elizabeth Sutherlin and Molly Wachsmann.

Danielle Baugh medaled 5th in the 100 Fly, 4th in the 50 Free and 8th in the 200 Free.

Jacob Baugh medaled 7th in the 400 IM, 5th in the 1650 Free and 7th in the 200 Back. Jacob's meet results also found him placing 28th in the 200 IM and 37th in the 100 Free.

Mckenna Bradley medaled 5th in the 50 Breast, 7th in the 200 Breast and 8th in the 100 Breast.

McKenna's meet performance also found her placing 9th in the 200 IM, 12th in the 100 Fly and 16th in the 50 Fly.

Michael Bradley medaled 4th in the 400 IM, 4th 100 Fly, 6th in the 50 Free, 4th in the 200 IM 4th in the 100 Back. Michael's 100 Free event resulted in a 10th place finish

Michaela Diem captured 1st in the 50 Breast. Michaela also medaled 6th in the 200 IM, 6th in the 100 Fly, 6th in the 200 Free, 3rd in the 100 Free and 6th in the 100 Breast.

Jenna Ertel placed 25th in the 50 Breast.

Noah Haessig medaled 3rd in the 200 IM, 3rd in the 100 Fly, 5th in the 50 Breast, 4th in the 50 Free, 3rd in the 100 Breast and 4th in the 50 Fly.

Jordan Healy placed 9th in the 50 Fly, 14th in the 100 Fly, 28th in the 50 Back, 26th in the 50 Free, 25th in the 100 Back and 32nd in the 100 Free.

Kyla Isaacs placed 9th in the 50 Back and 18th in the 50 Free.

Bailey Menkedick placed 9th in the 50 Back, 21st in the 100 Free, 18th in the 50 Breast, 12th in the 100 Back, 21st in the 50 Free and 15th in the 100 Breast.

Cameron Nichols medaled 6th in the 200 Back. Cameron also placed 22nd in the 50 Free, 16th in the 200 Free, 15th in the 200 IM and 25th in the 100 Free.

Hunter Nichols placed 9th in the 50 Breast.

Jarrod Nichols placed 12th in the 100 Breast.

Jessica Nichols placed 35th in the 50 Free, 10th in 100 Back and 35th in the 100 Free.

Elizabeth Sutherlin placed 27th in the 50 Free and 30th in the 100 Free.

Molly Wachsmann placed 19th in the 100 Breast.

Michael Bradley competed at the state championship meet in the 200 Fly where he finished 44th.
