The slate of underclassmen as the top 100 boys and the top 100 girls basketball players for 2012 was recently released.

Among those listed for the girls were Jac-Cen-Del Lady Eagle junior Sydney Keene (2014), South Ripley Lady Raider senior Rachel Hensley (2013) and Madison Consolidated Lady Cub senior Hannah Cain (2013).

Competition for the girls will commence at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 20, at the Ben Davis High School gymnasium at 1200 North Girls School Road in Indianapolis.

Area boys slated as top 100 included: Batesville Bulldog sophomore Bryon Hoeing (2015), Switzerland County Pacer Austin Clark (2014), East Central Trojan senior Payton Stonefield (2013, Madison Consolidated Cub junior Landon Perry (2014), Lawrenceburg Tiger senior Jalen Obertate, along with Greensburg Pirate juniors Bryant McIntosh (2014) and Sean Sellers (2014).

Competition for the boys will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, at the Ben Davis High School gymnasium at 1200 North Girls School Road in Indianapolis.
