It won't be long until the silence of ball fields across the county will once again bring forth the cheers of spring fever and the smell of hotdogs and burgers on the grill. Fans will be sipping their favorite cool beverage and soaking up those blessed sun rays of warmth as their favorite team and athletes perform. Many people have dedicated many hours to repainting, leveling, raking, filling in and restoring the facilities and fields, our hats are off to them. Likewise, tennis courts, golf courses, track and field venues are undergoing transition from idleness to readiness.
