Jac-Cen-Del Eagles victorious with 4-0 season opener over visiting South Decatur Cougars

The Jac-Cen-Del Eagles were the first local team to play since the Sat. South Ripley vs Batesville game was rained out. Jac-Cen-Del rallied to a 4-0 win over the visiting South Decatur Cougars on Monday evening, April 5. Although their surroundings were a bit damp, their spirit was not dampened. The Eagles took the field and dominated for the full six and a half innings. Though threatening to cut loose at any time, rains subsided for the teams to complete their scheduled competition. Anxiously, the Coach David Bradshaw led team took their places on the playing field where they executed as planned, with the absence of any hiccups.
