Lady Eagles place third in Rushville Invitational

Returning as the 2014 Jac-Cen-Del High School Cross Country team head coach, David Bradshaw finds pleasure in some very determined Lady Eagle runners on his team. Many of the team’s high school runners productivity is due to solid middle school coaching by JCD Coach Steve Narwold.
The Lady Eagles had a third place team finish in an early season test among 14 schools in the Division III run during the 2014 annual running of the Rushville HS Girls XC Invitational.

1st to cross the finish line for the JCD Lady Eagles was freshman Shianna Bellingham @ 10th overall @ 22:56.49
2nd to cross for JCD was senior Jenna Hughes, 11th overall @ 22:58.26
3rd for JCD, freshman Maiah Simon, 18th overall @ 23:39.68
4th for JCD, senior Kelsey Bowling, 19th overall @ 23:40.67
5th for JCD, senior Jacqlyn Menchhofer, 27th overall @ 24:35.37
6th for JCD, sophomore Kayla Bowling, 28th overall @ 24:36.44

Finishing 110th of 110 runners finishing the race was freshman Andrew Blystone of Blue River Valley @ 30:22.
