Tribe hits the field running for Homecoming night and never looked back

There was a huge contrast in field conditions and overall weather and outcome from last Friday night’s football battle to this Friday’s. Conditions went from mud and dreary, persistent rain last Friday to a beautiful sun-filled evening on a dry field just in time for the annual Milan High School Homecoming game on Friday, September 8. A first recorded ugly 7-35 Milan loss of the season to the Lawrenceburg Tigers, rebounded to a 42-0 victory in front of a large hometown crowd over the visiting South Decatur Cougars. With the home crowd stands packed, beauty in the queen candidates was accompanied by the Beast in the Indian lot on the playing field.
