Teelah Marie Shanks Kappeler, age 31, of Hanover, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 17, 2018, in an accident while delivering mail on her route in rural Jefferson County. Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 24 at 4:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2924 Clifty Drive in Madison, with visitation from from 3-4:30 p.m. Memorials may be made as desired, as financial support to her family or as donations to the local Madison Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Anna Fern Johnson 85, of Milan, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, February 22 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan.
