Indian swimmers compete at home following annual South Dearborn Invitational

Milan Indian swim teams traveled to the Annual South Dearborn Invitational on Saturday, December 13. Competing in the event were swimmers from nine different high schools. Represented were Eastern Hancock with 12 athletes, six boys and six girls. Milan High School was represented by 16 athletes, including 16 girls and four boys. Mother of Mercy High School of Cincinnati was represented by 21 female athletes. Oak Hills High School of Cincinnati included 39 athletes, 20 female and 19 male.
Oldenburg Academy was represented by 20 athletes with 14 girls and four boys. The Scottsburg High School was represented by a 19 member team including 10 boys and nine girls. The hosting South Dearborn's team included 16 athletes with 11 girls and five boys. Triton Central High School had one male swimmer, who entered in two events. Wilmington High School of Ohio rounded out the competitors with a team of 21 which included 14 girls and 7 boys.
Male results werre: Oak Hills @ 430.5, Scottsburg 176, Oldenburg Academy 123, Wilmington 95.5, Milan 90, Eastern Hancock 81, South Dearborn 72 and Triton Central 29.
Female results were Oak Hills 329, Oldenburg Academy 221, Wilmington 191.50, South Dearborn 177, Mother of Mercy 159, Milan 100.5, Scottsburg 48 and Eastern Hancock 34.
