The finishing touches were being put on the
new gymnasium at the South Ripley High School this week
for the first game to be played there on Saturday, February
14. The gym, a part of the new addition, will be enjoyed
by this year's seniors, as it will be the site for the last
five SRHS boys home scheduled games: Feb. 14, Switz. Co.;
Feb. 18, L'burg; Feb. 20, Rising Sun; Feb. 21, Greensburg;
and Feb. 27, JCD. The gym has a seating capacity of 2400
and will host the commencement ceremonies. JV games begin
at 6 p.m. with varsity games to follow. Homecoming is set
for Feb. 20, during the South Ripley vs. Rising Sun game.
