king, Abe Koehne, son of Tom and Millie Koehne of Batesville
and queen Victoria Woulms, daughter of Todd and Ann Woulms
of Milan, were crowned after the official opening of the
2009 4-H fair in Ripley County Sunday evening. Woulms made
the dress she wore for the event.
