While not everyone who is a member of the Osgood United Methodist Church attended their 150th celebration on August 1, a number of people came out to commemorate the date the church began. Pastor Ginny Hizer was pleased with the turn out and noted that some of the children in the above photo would be around for the next milestone celebration the church will have when it marks its 200th anniversary. The church is located on Walnut Street in Osgood. It also serves as a food pantry for many needy in the surrounding area housing the Fishes and Loaves Food Pantry in its basement. The church has a rich history of reaching out to others and proclaiming the gospel in action.
