According to information from Lt. Randy Holt of the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, a search warrant for illegal drugs at a Pierceville area home, resulted in three arrests with charges pending for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and controlled substances.

Arrested were Albert J. Miller, 44, Barbara J. Miller, 45, and Lee T. Frazier, 21, all of Pierceville. The arrests were a result of an in-depth investigation by the sheriff’s office.

The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office was assisted with the arrests by officers from the Milan Police Department. The investigation is continuing with additional charges possibly being charged by the Ripley County Prosecutor’s Office.

This is the 30th drug related arrest the sheriff’s office has made this year according to Lt. Holt.
