An Osgood man has been charged with felony charges of Incest and Sexual Misconduct With a Minor in Ripley County Circuit Court.

Tobie Wilson, 34, had his initial hearing April 22 where his bail was set at $100,000. He could post ten percent or $10,000 cash plus $50 for administrative fees and be free until his trial, which has been set for October 19 at 9 a.m. in Ripley Circuit Court, according to court records.

At his initial hearing Wilson was informed of the charges against him. He was also declared indigent and an attorney, Jeff Sharp, appointed for him.

Judge Carl Taul signed the no contact order stating that Wilson is to stay away from the victim and have no firearms, among other conditions.

Both charges are Class B felonies, which could carry up to 20 years imprisonment if he is found guilty.
