Where can you find a 100 pound rat and plenty of constrictors? Friendship of course! Pictured above, Jim Hall scratches Rufus - a South American River Rat, after Rufus had a snack. Pictured at left, is Larry Fliger, with an albino python he rescued. Fliger has many snakes on display for a small fee, including anacondas. He is set up in the Old Mill Campground (behind Friendship State Bank) this week. He rescues these animals many times from people who get them as pets and then cannot take care of them. Hall will shoot your photo at his Olde Tyme Photos after you've had the thrill of petting the largest of the rodent family.
