The 108th Pumpkin Show crowned a new king
and queen on Wednesday night. Chosen as king was Andrew
DeCilles representing the Oldenberg Academy and the son
of Drs. Tom DeCilles and Jean Beischel of Batesville. Queen
was awarded to Emily Barrett, daughter of Tim and Gina Barret,
representing South Dearborn High Scbool. First runner up
was Tyler Kerker from Batesville High School, son of Steve
and Mary Beth Kerker, and Audrey Furnish, Switzerland County
High School, daughter of Chris and Kathleen Bolton. Second
runner up was Dylan Griffith, Switzerland County High School,
son of Morgan and Caren Griffith, and Rebecca Swinney, representing
South Ripley High School, and the daughter of David and
Melinda Swinney.
