Candidates in place for primary

The last date for filing for for the Primary Election was Friday, February 18. This was for seats on town councils including Batesville, Milan, Versailles, Napoleon and Sunman.
Thirty-four candidates signed on to be considered at polls on May 3. They are as follows:
Batesville:
Mayor: Richard (Rick) C. Fledderman (D) and James L. (Jim) Dreyer (R).
Clerk-Treasurer: Ronald C. Weigel (D).
City Council: Gene Lambert (D) at large; Darrick Cox (D), district 1; Edwin (Ed) Hunter (D), district 2; Douglas C. Amberger (D), district 3; and Beth Meyers (D), district 4.
Also, James A. Fritsch (R) at large; Bill Flannery, (R) district 1; Robert Tuba Narwold (R) district 3; and Brad Dreyer (R) district 4.
Judge: John Kellerman II (D) and Kristen R. Weiler (R).
Milan:
Clerk-Treasurer: Gladys M. Moody (D), and Kristy J. Carpenter (R).
Town Council: Robert L. Branigan (R); Paul Hildebrand (R); Matthew (Matt) Huffman (R).
Versailles:
Town Judge: Cheryl A. Richmond (D).
Clerk-Treasurer: Kierston Libby (D) and Traci L. Bauman (R).
Town Council: Democrat ticket - Chris Geyman, Brenda Hance and Joyce Samples; Republican ticket: John J. Holzer, Steve Mathes, Sue K. Meisberger and Jim Roepke.
Napoleon:
Clerk-Treasurer: Karen L. Rohlfing (R).
Town Council: All Republican - Timothy Joseph Brancamp, Gerardo Linarducci and William (Bill) Vankirk.
Sunman:
Town Council: Michael Loren Wolfe, (D).
