M.I.S.T. swims to a two point victory over the Hidden Valley Lake Gators, 969-967

Anticipation and excitement filled the Milan Elementary School pool again on Monday evening, June 27, as the Hidden Valley Lake Gators Swim Club came to compete against the Milan Indian Swim Team.
M.I.S.T. held onto a slim lead through individual swim events, but the night's challenge would be decided during the relays.
Challenging chants from H.V.L. swimmers, "G-A--T-O-R R-E-L-A-Y brought on a response from the home team fans & swimmers, M-I-L-A-N R-E-L-A -Y.
(Shouting in an inside pool area has a echoing quality all its own, if you catch my drift.)
A final tally of points at meet''s end found M.I.S.T to be the winners by just two points, 969-967. Congratulations on a great effort by both teams and to M.I.S.T. on the win!
