There is a $1,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who took items from the Rick and Vicky Pollard home in Versailles.

The incident occurred sometime after 10:00 p.m. Friday, September 9 according to the homeowners, who said they are missing jewelry they can identify and money. Other valuable items were also taken.

If anyone has any information about this incident, they are urged to call the Versailles Police Department at 812-689-6122 or Ripley County dispatch at 812-689-5555. Callers can remain anonymous.

Versailles Marshal Joe Mann and Deputy Marshal Lee Mathews are investigating the case, along with Ripley County Sheriff Deputy Andy Hammack.
